I am Monica, I have been practicing Massage Therapy for 20+ years.  

I have been married for 35 years to Alan and we have 2 wonderful kids.  We have lived in Gravette, AR since 2006.  We came from Round Rock, TX and before that College Station, TX.  Gig 'Em Aggies!

I absolutely love what I do and enjoy helping people.  It is my goal that every single person walk out of my office moving better and feeling better.  I will work with you to figure out the source of your muscle pain or restriction and help you get back to comfort.  I use whatever I need, method or tool (hot stones, cups, vibration, stretching) to facilitate the process. 

We are wonderfully and awesomely made and the body has the capacity to heal.  It is my job to reduce the stresses of everyday life on your muscles and help the healing process begin.
